Support Conditions

I will try to help you as fast as possible. If I am busy or on my way to a training session, I will let you know or ask a colleague to help you out instead.

The cost depends on the amount of time that is needed. For smaller support cases (up to 15-20 minutes) there is a flat fee. If it takes longer, the cost is calculated according to the actual amount of time that was spent. It is your right to request that only a certain amount of time is spent on a case.

Online support
An online session can be started at any time, if you need to show me something on your own machine. For audio connection we can then use a headset connected to the computer or one of the phone numbers provided by Mikogo (usually local numbers). Or you can call my mobile directly at +49 170 18 77 967.

What you should let us know
In order to speed up the whole process, I would ask you to send screenshots of error messages or the files in question directly.
I guarantee that your files will only be used for answering your request. At no time will a third party have access to your files. If you so wish, the files will be deleted from my system after the support case is finished.

Response time
I will endeavor to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Support requests are processed in the order they are received. Usually, you will receive an answer within one working day; the latest within 2 working days.

You will receive an invoice from at the end of each quarter (or at other intervals, for example monthly, if you wish) with a list of your support cases.
